We worked alongside one of Northumberland’s most visited and most renowned visitor attractions, to create a long term strategy aimed at increasing footfall and guest spend over the next 10 years.

Following the completion of a Guest Experience Audit, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the attraction, we undertook a Market insights report to analyse Alnwick Castle's target audience, local competition, benchmark attractions around the UK and the key consumer trends that will impact them in the future. ​Both the Audit and Insights Report provided recommendations on how the visitor attraction could be improved in the short-term and long-term.
