The brief
We worked alongside Merlin Entertainments and BBC to install a photo-studio in the CBeebies Land theme park, part of Alton Towers Resort.
The aim was to create an immersive and engaging experience that provided guests with an opportunity to have a photo with their favourite characters.
Concept design
We developed the guest experience and worked with an installation team to define the ideal guest flow. This featured talking screens guiding guests into the photo studio, where they can then choose from a selection of characters to have a photo with.
We were privileged to work with a number of popular BBC IPs within the experience, including Postman Pat, Mr Tumble and In The Night Garden.
Creative production
Brand guardianship was a key priority in the project to ensure all stakeholders were happy with the output, plus, guests would feel immersed in the TV shows they love and watch regularly.
Our team provided production to support to enable the designs to become a reality. Today, this experience continues to amaze and engage guests.
