OFFICE MANAGER
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self motivated individual to
join our team. As our office manager, you will be the glue that holds the team together
and keeps the business moving, providing central support and administration company
wide.
The ideal candidate is calm and collected, a natural problem solver who can build
relationships providing service and support to our team, clients and suppliers. Excelling
in being able to prioritise tasks, working in a dynamic environment, efficiently
responding to requests, and proactively anticipating issues.

Location: HQ Derby, UK, with flexible & remote working
There will be a requirement for both regular and spontaneous visits to the office, so
living locally is required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
​Studio administration and compliance -. Ordering supplies and equipment;
maintaining computer equipment, and software management. Managing our
internal IT and communication systems. Liaising with our specialist partners on
maintaining contracts and compliance across B-Corp, HR, IT, Leases, Client &
supplier contracts, Insurance and Health/Safety
Travel and Logistics coordination - such as : liaising with travel agents, booking
transport, accommodation, visas, trade visits / expos creating detailed itineraries;
assisting with travel changes and disruptions, estimating travel costs. Working
with the producer team and our shipping partner in the preparation of paperwork
for the delivery of international goods.
Company Meetings/Events coordination - including: arranging dates, time and
attendees; procuring food and supplies; helping organise company events /
socials.
Executive Assistance. providing support to our exec team preparing
documentation for internal comms and meetings. Reception duties such as
answering phone, greeting guests and responding to central hello@ email and
directing to appropriate persons, running errands, and calendar coordination etc.
HR Support / Administration - managing recruitment communications, as well as
new starter onboarding and leaver actions. Support the leadership team with HR
matters, alongside our HR partner.
Building/Facilities Management - Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and
improvement activities. Rent review, managing service charges and liaising with
sub-tenants.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience in project/office admin or coordination

Experience with domestic and international travel
