HOW IT WORKS
We provide mystery shopping as part of our Guest Experience Audit. This is a comprehensive review of your visitor attraction, from entrance to exit, resulting in a report and presentation back to your senior team.
STEP 1
ON-SITE VISIT
Our expert team will undertake a full-day mystery shop to your visitor attraction. We will also review the operational flow and staff interactions throughout.
STEP 2
REVIEW PERFORMANCE
We will review and compile the findings from the mystery shop into a report, which can be combined with insights from other research studies you have undertaken.
STEP 3
PRESENT FINDINGS
We will then provide both a report and presentation to your senior team, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunity to create an even better visitor attraction in the future.
