Robbie our Insights Director at Katapult. He works on providing data-driven audience and market trends, as well as operational insights, to inspire the design team to create immersive, commercially-successful experiences.


Robbie has over 10 years' experience in the leisure and tourism industry and has worked with iconic brands, theme parks, family entertainment centres, museums and visitor attractions around the world. He is an insights whizz, finding the gems in the data where no one else can. Robbie is also a dedicated Board Member of his home city’s arts centre & cinema, Derby QUAD.


Andy Sinclair-Harris

Andy is our Creative Director, he is our big picture person, always with his head in the clouds, thinking ‘what if?’ and creating new ways to deliver fantastic experiences. Andy oversees the creative direction at Katapult, leading the creative team, setting our creative course and supporting the team.


As a former Walt Disney Imagineer he worked on numerous projects in Hong Kong, Florida and California from conceptual development to resort design and art direction and he personally signed off every Mickey Mouse at Hong Kong Disneyland. Andy holds a Masters Degree in theatre design & practices which enriches his creative thinking. He loves to spend time with his family, playing and exploring the world with his two sons, and has a thing for sculpting and creating digital art.
