Our team

Dawn Foote​ is our CEO & Co-Founder of Katapult. An award-winning creative industries leader, she has experience in international visitor attractions, the cultural sector and strategic placemaking collaborations. She’s worked on a wealth of projects including Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, to global rollouts of projects for The LEGO Group & Merlin Entertainments, and also working more locally on the nature based regeneration of Derby City with Down to Earth and The Eden Project.

Dawn always brings her passion, collaborative energy and strategic vision to every project she works on. She believes so much in the value of British creativity she is on the Executive Committee for Experience UK which is the trade body for UK companies that design, create and deliver world class visitor destinations, from museums to theme parks, working closely with the Department of International Trade (DIT).

Alex Tyrrell is a Project Producer and is experienced in delivering projects all around the world for clients like LEGO, Walt Disney Imagineering and Warner Bros. and has worked on award winning mega-construction projects too. His passion for people & technology inspires him to enhance guest experience and collaborate with his teams to generate new ideas, and collectively solve problems together.

More recently, Alex has been working alongside client TopNotch Engineering to deliver the design of the Hot Wheels eKarting experience in the region.
