We were approached by West Midlands Safari Park, part of the Looping Group, to improve the guest experience.

INSIGHTS CONSULTANCY

We were invited by West Midlands Safari Park, UK, to undertake a guest experience audit to understand the areas of the attraction that needed improvement.

As part of the audit, we reviewed all touch points of the visitor attraction, including the restaurants and rides, animal enclosures and public realm spaces throughout the park. After compiling our findings, we presented back to the Park owners our findings.

​

These findings included recommendations on how the visitor attraction could be improved in the short, medium and long term based on their investment timelines. The visitor attraction has already made significant internal improvements to aid the next stage of the project
