Cromford Mills wanted to establish their picturesque visitor attraction as a destination for families in time for the school summer holidays, in order to increase visitor numbers and revenue. This required working on their creative strategy to raise awareness amongst a new family target market.

We undertook a guest experience audit to understand the opportunities and challenges of Cromford Mills as a family-friendly visitor attraction. This and the insights report helped shaped the future Cromford Mills attraction, ensuring more family visitors made the UNESCO World Heritage Site their go-to destination in the region.
