The final piece, is a matrix identifying the pricing and messaging for each guest profile to steer the concept development.

#3 Creative direction

Whilst we can’t design future attractions without a full brief, budget and timeline, we can provide creative direction. 

We would identify ideas across your portfolio, developing their key narrative themes, a big idea, moodboard and concept sketches.

For the quicker wins we will identify easy updates for your current attractions.

We work alongside your team at an ideas session, called a Discovery Day, where we plan out the creative vision of the project.

Taking all the work to date, we’ll outline key projects and priorities.
